Massage Gift Vouchers


​Gift vouchers can be easily arranged by either calling, texting or emailing the clinic. There are two types of gift vouchers. The gift voucher card, this can be collected from our Double Bay clinic or the gift voucher letter, this can be emailed to either the purchaser or the recipient. These vouchers can be processed quickly so if you are late in arranging a gift, nobody will ever know. Please see samples of the vouchers here

​​Terms and Conditions of Your Voucher:
  • It is fully transferrable to another person or for another type of treatment but please let us know when booking your appointment. There will be no extra fee.
  • It is valid for 3 years. It cannot under any circumstances be extended. You can however book your appointment beyond 3 years providing you call before the expiry date. This booking has limitations: It cannot be booked beyond 2 months of the expiry date and it cannot be changed or postponed as this will result in forfeiting the voucher.  
  • It can be redeemed for a service of more or lesser value, you can upgrade by paying the difference. If the value of the voucher is more than the service provided then the balance of the voucher can be credited towards another appointment. The expiry date remains the same.
  • It is not cash refundable. No refunds will be issued for differences in value if entire value is not redeemed before the expiry date.
  • It cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
  •  As with all of our bookings we require a 24 hour notice for cancellations and appointment changes as this gives us enough time to find someone to take your booking. If you are unable to give us this notice your voucher will be used as payment for the missed appointment.
  •  Services paid with a gift voucher cannot be claimed for private health rebates. The health funds have advised us that they will not pay benefits for services when the services are fully paid by a third party.
  • Tax Invoices/receipts are available but theses will not be able to be used to claim a health fund rebate.
  • Please treat your voucher as cash as you will need to present it as payment for your massage.​
